Boob cake (blushing)
I saw a cake that would be perfect for Alena’s bachelorett party and I thought to myself, I can do that! This was my first attempt, not to bad but definitely needs some work.

First time making this one

Love bug cupcakes

Isn't it cute!
Dylan has a valentine’s day party at daycare tomorrow. I made ladybug cupcakes and they turned out great! I also made some XOXO cakeballs – all this while trying to diet (not a good combo!)

Attempted to make Cake Balls that look like cupcakes

Milk chocolate, white chocolate, cake and frosting - what more could you want?
I saw these super cute cake balls that looked like tiny little cupcakes and thought – those are so cute I HAVE to try it. Well they came out pretty good for my first try – but more importantly they tasted amazing! I sent most to work with my husband and all the guys there loved them! One guy said they were the best thing he has ever eaten – EVER!

These are them in the mini cupcake liners. They looked like truffles!

Here is a close up in the liner- Don't you love the pretty sprinkles?!

Cake Balls!
After hearing about these little pieces of heaven, I knew I had to try them! They were amazing. I made them for Thanksgiving at Alena’s house. If I had to describe them in one word – I would say addicting!

Red Velvet Cupcakes and Cream Cheese frosting

Anything w/ chocolate sprinkles is a winner in my book!
Who doesn’t love red velvet cupcakes? By now at work i’ve been getting a reputation for baking (woohoo!) so I was signed up to make these cupcakes for our Thanksgiving food day. I must say they were mighty tasty and were all gone really fast! – Stef

Got bit by the baking bug
So when my Son Dylan turned one year old, I decided I was going to make his cupcakes for his birthday party. We had a blue and brown theme. This was the start of my baking and decorating obsession – Stef
